As a new client, your first session with me will run 90-100 minutes.

Follow up appointments for returning clients will last 60-75 minutes.

Due to the nature of my work I schedule longer appointments than is typical in order to allow plenty of time to reach and work within the deeper realms of understanding and healing.  


New Clients

New patients, please call my office to schedule your first appointment.  Alternately, you can fill out the form below and we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your first appointment.  *Please note that submitting personal information via this website or via email is not HIPAA protected.

You can book a complimentary 15 minute visit to meet me - either in person or by phone.  Please call my office or submit the following form to book your free consultation.  I will contact you to confirm your appointment.


Return Clients

Returning patients please call, email, or message me in Charm to schedule your appointments. 


TeleHealth Sessions

I offer telehealth sessions to anyone anywhere in the state of Oregon!  Please contact my office directly to schedule telehealth appointments and to receive instructions on how we will connect the day of your appointment.  Telehealth sessions are held over a HIPAA compliant video platform either Zoom or Doxy.me. 


Cash Pay Patients

Not having insurance coverage for health care can pose a financial difficulty for many people.  Clients who intend to pay for their visits in full at the time of service may submit a Financial Adjustment Form (FAF). This may qualify you for a discounted rate - generally 20-30% less than standard billable rates.  Visits performed while under a FAF agreement are then not able to be billed toward insurance, including being put toward a deductible.  Please contact me for more information.


Billing Insurance

Depending on your plan, you may be able to utilize your insurance benefits to cover part or all of the cost of your visits.  Dr. Julie is a preferred provider with Providence, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, Cigna, First Choice Health, Aetna, and others.  Contracts change so it is always advised that you check before you schedule to see if Dr. Julie is listed as an in-network or preferred provider on your plan.  Even if she's not, we can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible coverage as an out-of-network provider.   Note: This is the patient's responsibility. 

As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance benefits before your visit and we encourage you to do the same.  Please remember that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company.  Unfortunately, sometimes claims for approved services are later denied by the insurance company.  If this happens, we may be able to resubmit the claim.  However, know that you may receive a bill for services rendered as ultimately it is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage and to pay for any balance not paid or covered by insurance.  Thank you for working with us on this.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you kindly give us at least a full 24 hours notice.  A fee will be assessed for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24 hour notice. Thank you for your understanding. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency, please speak with office staff or Dr. Julie directly.
